Janelle Saffin MP says the NSW Budget 2022-23 lags behind its Queensland equivalent which has delivered billions for flood recovery in that state. We have a lot of catching up to do, she says.
Janelle Saffin MP has asked NSW Treasurer Matt Kean for a 12-month time extension to allow locals to continue using their Dine NSW and Discover NSW vouchers in flood-affected LGAs on the Northern Rivers.
“If it’s good enough for Northern Australia (a Commonwealth-backed Flood Reinsurance Scheme), it’s good enough for the Northern Rivers.’
