NSW Recovery Minister Janelle Saffin has announced that another 21 buyback homes will be auctioned in Murwillumbah tonight and in Lismore on 17 November respectively.

Janelle Saffin MP and Justine Elliot MP jointly announced that construction is underway on a new pump station in Murwillumbah which will improve community resilience in times of flood and storm events.

Lismore MP Janelle Saffin joined her Parliamentary colleague, NSW Parliamentary Secretary for Transport and Coogee MP Marjorie O’Neill for bus passenger forums in Murwillumbah and Lismore.

Janelle Saffin MP has arranged for two bus passenger public forums to be held in Murwillumbah and Lismore this month for locals to give feedback to the Bus Industry Taskforce. All bus-related issues are on the table for discussion.

Janelle Saffin MP has secured a NSW Labor election commitment to invest $30 million in a Build-to-Rent pilot program for the Northern Rivers. Lismore, Murwillumbah, Tweed Heads and Ballina will be among the first centres to benefit.
