FLOOD-AFFECTED homeowners will get the first opportunity to buy into Mount Pleasant Estate in Goonellabah, according to NSW Recovery Minister Janelle Saffin.
AN upgraded NSW SES North Eastern Zone headquarters in Goonellabah will be a major boost for our SES family, Lismore MP Janelle Saffin says.
Another 12 flood buyback homes from Central, South and North Lismore have been auctioned with prices ranging from $10,500 to $54,500.
LISMORE MP Janelle Saffin is pleased the NSW Government can make a significant contribution to enabling works for potentially 600 flood-free residential lots in Pineapple Road, Goonellabah.
NSW Parliamentary Secretary for Disaster Recovery and Lismore MP Janelle Saffin joined Lismore City Mayor Cr Steve Krieg in welcoming the second release under the NSW Government’s Resilient Lands Program. Up to 50 residential lots in Goonellabah’s Mount Pleasant Estate are earmarked to support the community’s flood recovery.
