NRRC provides Resilient Homes Program update

Janelle Saffin MP is sharing a Northern Rivers Reconstruction Corporation update on the roll out of the Resilient Homes Program.

The Northern Rivers Reconstruction Corporation provides the following update about the Resilient Homes Program.

Our pilot program started in December 2022 involving more than 130 people in the most severely impacted homes and highest flood risk areas.

Roll out of the program will ramp up this month.

More than 300 Expressions of Interest have been received under the Resilient Land Program. The land suitability assessment is currently underway, with the first shortlist of landholdings to be identified by March 2023. Information about the Resilient Land Program can be accessed here.
