- We need to be testing more, the rate of cases with unknown transmission is growing at an alarming rate

Opposition concerns
- We are not testing enough: the World Health Organisation has said ‘test, test, test’
- This is a global pandemic – we can’t stop the virus but with the right measures we can slow it down
- The Government has cut our hospital system to the bone and we’re not prepared enough for this pandemic
- The Government needs to outline the State’s coronavirus plan including when schools will be closed
- Non-frontline public servants need to be directed to work from home
Latest advice from NSW Health
- If you have returned from overseas you are required to self-isolate for 14 days
- No Australians should travel overseas at this time, travel bans from China, Italy, Iran and South Korea remain and on cruise ships
- Indoor gatherings of over 100 are banned (500 where outdoors) and 1.5m social distancing recommended
- Symptoms include fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath, if developed call your doctor or Health Direct on 1800 022 222 for assessment
