Lismore MP Janelle Saffin says $400,000 in NSW Government funding for Nimbin Peace Park’s new amenities block is all locked in.
Lismore City Council needs to complete detailed design of a new amenities block for Nimbin’s Peace Park before $400,000 in funding can be released, according to Janelle Saffin MP, who secured the election commitment earlier this year.
Janelle Saffin MP is lobbying the NSW Government for a one-off $400,000 grant so Lismore City Council can construct and maintain an amenities block in Nimbin’s Peace Park. The local community has been fighting for the facility for 15 years.
