Six patient-flow concierge officers to reduce ED pressure in local hospitals
THE Northern NSW Local Health District soon will place six dedicated patient-flow concierge officers to reduce pressure on our Emergency Departments, a move welcomed by Lismore MP Janelle Saffin as providing an extra layer of patient care.
