NSW Parliamentary Secretary for Disaster Recovery and Lismore MP Janelle Saffin has announced $3.8 million in Federal funding for Southern Cross University to conduct a clinical trial to help Northern Rivers locals still suffering PTSD from the 2022 floods.
Janelle Saffin MP has secured an extra $5million in funding for Lismore’s primary healthcare providers so thousands of patients can continue accessing GP and specialist care as the city recovers from catastrophic flooding almost a year ago. The MP spent many months lobbying the NSW and Australian governments on the critical need for tailored support.
