TEN buyback homes in Lismore will be auctioned on Wednesday night, 22 April, NSW Recovery Minister Janelle Saffin has announced.

A flood buyback auction in Murwillumbah resulted in all 10 properties being sold for a total of $185,000.

Flood buyback auctions continue their popularity in 2026 with 10 homes going under the hammer in Lismore for a total value of $266,100.

Flood buyback auctions are back in 2026 with a total of 20 homes from South Lismore, East Lismore, Central Lismore, Murwillumbah, Bray Park and Burringbar going under the hammer.

The call has gone out for licensed builders and trades to help homeowners upgrade, raise, rebuild or relocate homes impacted by the 2022 floods.
