FIFTY new built to rent homes will be a lifesaver on flood-free land in East Lismore, says NSW Minister for the North Coast and Lismore MP Janelle Saffin.
The NSW Reconstruction Authority has purchased 72 hectares of East Lismore land from Southern Cross University, paving the way for eventual development of more than 400 flood-free homes, and NSW Minister for Recovery Janelle Saffin couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
The Minns Labor Government has jointly funded a $520,000 new accessible amenities block for East Lismore’s popular Wade Park. Lismore MP Janelle Saffin says young families will love that it’s conveniently located close to playground and picnic areas.
