Foundations have been laid for 50 new flood-free build-to-rent homes at East Lismore. NSW Premier Chris Minns was briefed on progress when he visited Lismore on Friday, 13 March.

Lismore MP and NSW Parliamentary Secretary for Disaster Recovery Janelle Saffin is delivering another major election commitment with design concepts released for 50 build-to-rent apartments in East Lismore.
The Minns Labor Government and NSW Parliamentary Secretary for Disaster Recovery Janelle Saffin are delivering on a major election commitment, siting a Build To Rent pilot project on land at Lismore’s Southern Cross University. It will deliver 50 new rental homes, with 20 per cent set aside for affordable housing.
