NSW Minister for the North Coast and Lismore MP Janelle Saffin has opened a 54-room homelessness accommodation hub in Lismore, a collaboration between the NSW Government and community housing provider Social Futures, supported by the Australian Government.
NSW Minister for Recovery and the North Coast Janelle Saffin says the Minns Labor Government will deliver over 355 public and community homes across the Northern Rivers over the next two years leading up to June 2027.
Janelle Saffin MP has congratulated Homes NSW and Social Futures on a partnership which will see a former over 55s residential village converted into 70 temporary accommodation units in Tweed Heads.
Lismore MP Janelle Saffin strongly advocated for a partly NSW Government-funded project to transform Lismore’s Fromelles Manor into a 30-room crisis accommodation hub.
